1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request:

- Refund
To claim this, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- The request is made within a reasonable time after delivery
- The product was delivered damaged or incorrect
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Processing time may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Replacement Process
If a replacement is requested and approved:
- The replacement item will be shipped after verification of the claim.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply depending on the order value. Orders below the minimum order amount may include a delivery fee.
